CHILD FOCUSED learning
I have dedicated my studies to exclusively training the young singer. Children are not mini-adults and cannot be taught this way - there are many physical differences, especially in the pre-pubescent singer. This means it's not just about coming to a lesson and learning a new song but nurturing the student as a whole.
INTRODUCTORY VOICE CLASS 6+
THE INTRODUCTORY VOICE CLASS IS OUR MOST POPULAR PROGRAM FOR YOUNG SINGERS!
The Introductory singing class is for children aged 6 + generally newer with limited experience in singing lessons.
This class gives children a wonderful introduction to singing and music in a holistic program built for the younger singer. Students will learn foundational singing concepts, vocal exploration and musicianship in a FUN and inclusive environment.
Classes are small (6 students max) and students will recieve individual feedback to help them consistently improve.
LITTLE SONGBIRDS | 4 +
Little Songbirds is an introductory singing class aimed at children aged 4+ who are generally in pre-school up to prep who love to sing.
Little Songbirds is inclusive of children who are not yet at reading level but will still explore lyrics, sight-words and expressive words enhancing their literacy and lyric knowledge.
Lessons include carefully selected songs with age appropriate lyrics that kids can relate to for expressive singing!
VOCAL GROWTH CLASS
This small group class is for students who have completed the Introductory singing class or who are ages 8+ who have had previous singing experience.
All students discover their voice and a wide variety of music genres in a friendly and educational environment.
Students will also learn music theory and sight singing and are encouraged to sing a variety of music including music theatre, jazz, and contemporary music.
